(1.) Compliance with government regulations:

Self commitment to follow government labor laws & regulations.

(2.) Promote freedom of employment: Make sure all work is voluntary.

(3.) Respect the human rights: Exploitation of labor, forced labor or other forms of abuse is not allowed.

(4.) Discrimination prohibited. To hire employees with fairness. Ensure no harassment in the working environment.

(5.) Establish communication mechanism: Encourage communication between staff and management to improve the working relationships and environment.

(6.) Improve the salary system: Compliance with government salary laws and regulations.

(7.) Training programs for staff: Ongoing training to improve staff skills and to enhance the economic status of the employees.

(8.) Emphasis on integrity management: Prohibit any wrong doing, limit gifts and hospitality to avoid any conflict of interest, set fair trade, set fair dealings, and protect customer information.

(9.) Respect the intellectual property rights: Any technology transfers that are considered proprietary should be protected.

(10.) Implement transparent information system: Company information should be open to the public in accordance with the regulations.

(11.) Enhance the socio-cultural and care for the disadvantaged: Actively participate with social activities, provide appropriate job opportunities to the disadvantaged.
